A snowy day falling in the back alley

It's been long time. It's Ishibashi .

By the end of January, the winter cold is getting worse.
This time, I'll show you some wonderful snowy scenes
from Kyoto's back streets.
The snow began to fall quietly.
Kyoto's winters are supposed to be mild,
but today was a little different.

The city turns white as the fluffy snow falls from the sky, which is strange in some way.
As you enter the small path, you are welcomedby a cozy, lantern-filled space.
The accommodation is called "Kyoto Ikken Machiya SEN Omiya Gojo."

The lanterns' soft orange light appears to say "Welcome home" to your chilly body.

The number of tourists and students visiting Kyoto
decreases slightly during this time of year.
As a result of this, depending on where you go, you may be able
to enjoy the joy of having this snowfall moment to yourself.

Your breath turns into a white cloud in the icy cold.
Why not go for a winter stroll in Kyoto to find some "casual luxury"?

Temperatures in Kyoto also begin to drop around February.
We will warm your room while we get it ready on the day you come.
Come relax in our cypress bath to relieve the fatigue
you've been feeling from the day and your travels.

See you later.
