Kyoto's Coffee
Hello this is Takahashi from Risshisha.
Last time, I introduced my self and talked about my foorball career.
This time, I will talking about myself again. LOL
I spent three years living in Okinawa before last year.
Since I was transferred to a local team and
was working while playing soccer at the time,
I moved there.
I was working as a coffee bean farmer at the time.
Starting from scratch, I cleared the abandoned greenhouse,
dug holes with a drill, gave fertilizer, and planted seeds.
I also made and roasted coffee.
After such a long introduction, I would want to say...
Coffee became my favorite drink!
I would like to share with you an amazing coffee shop I found in Kyoto!
"Necktie Coffee" is the name of it!

The store is operated by a husband and wife couple
who get their beans from farms abroad and then roast them in-house.
Renovated from a traditional Japanese townhouse,
the shop's interior is a modern space with a calm ambience.
I would suggest the "Espresso Tonic."
It is made with espresso and tonic water,
and the combination of the coffee and the carbonation
offers a cool flavor that is perfect for this hot summer.
Other than that,The affogato and iced coffee were both amazing.
