【NARA】The grand opening of CÉUEU Ichinomoto Station!!
We are excited to announce the opening of our newest accommodation!
Located at JR Ichinomoto Station in Tenri City, Nara Prefecture,
this unique property is a beautifully renovated 128-year-old wooden station building.
The hotel offers a one-of-a-kind experience where guests can stay inside a historic station building and enjoy the charm of local railway life.
From the guest room, you can even watch trains arrive and depart from the platform.
On July 4, we held an opening ceremony with around 40 guests, including the Mayor of Tenri City.
After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, everyone had the chance to tour the hotel and experience its unique atmosphere.
We look forward to welcoming guests from Japan and around the world to this special new destination!

The guest room is inspired by the atmosphere of a night train and was created
by renovating what was once the station staff's overnight room.
From the windows, guests can enjoy a close-up view
of the platform and watch trains pass by throughout the day.
The loft also features authentic train hand straps,
adding a fun touch and making the stay even more memorable.

Our inn is the first project to open as part of Tenri City's Mahoroba Project,
an initiative to revitalize unmanned railway stations.
The project aims to transform unused station buildings,
traditional houses, and vacant properties along the railway into unique accommodations.
By treating the entire area as one large hotel, it hopes to encourage visitors to stay longer,
explore the local community, and help support the region's revitalization.
