Hello, this is Yamori that has been went to the Osaka Expo for 4 times.

This time I want to introduce Kyoha Spice, 
the hiddeen spice curry restaurant in Kyoto.

One of the most popular arenas for spicy curry is Kyoto.
One of these is Kyoha Spice, a modern townhouse-style restaurant
with counter seating at the end of a small alleyway.

Before moving here, the restaurant was known as X.CURRY in Yodo, Kyoto.

There are two kinds of menus:
・Monthly Curry
・Weekly Curry

When I went this time, the menu was
・Curry made with mixed pork intestines (monthly)
・Mackerel coconut curry (weekly)
Because I was unable to decide, I ordered a combination of the two!

The mackerel coconut curry was light and easy to eat, and I could see why it was so popular.
The pork mixed intestines curry was thick and spicy, and both were new to me.

Unfortunately, these curries change every day and every month,
so even if you want to eat the same curry,
it will be different if you come on another day.

I will also introduce the other spice curry restaurants in this neighborhood.

Another hidden gem for spicy curry is Marumachi Station,
which is only a short train travel from JR Tanbaguchi.
Kinkakuji Temple and Kitano Tenmangu Shrine
are easily accessible by bus from Marumachi.
