During my latest visit to Kyoto, I visited Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu and was so happy with the dinner that I wanted to share it with you.

During my latest visit to Kyoto, I visited Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu and was so happy with the dinner that I wanted to share it with you.
In the evening, I was walking down Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka after visiting Kiyomizu-dera Temple.
I came to see a line in front of a restaurant just as I started to get hungry. I decided to join in since I was curious if the restaurant was popular.
Since it was dinnertime, I waited for about half an hour, but it was the right decision.
This is the Kuroge Wagyu meat set that I ordered.
The portion size was perfect, and the appearance and content were well-balanced.

- Shredded salad of cabbage
-A soy sauce-marinated soft-boiled egg
-Miso soup and white rice
-The beef cutlet is the main course.
The cutlet has light, thin frying. It is very easy to eat because it is freshly fried and sliced into bite-sized pieces.
It was unique since you could adjust the level of doneness yourself using the small grill on the table.
After lightly browning it, I ate it, and the meat was tender and fantastic, with a definite sweetness.
